Just a few of tonight’s finds. I’m really digging this SVX - nice wheels and tire s, appropriate pearlescent paint and good overall detailing.

I need to make it to my local Walmart soon - they seem to be the only ones to have a decent selection of Matchbox. That looks quite good, and is A) one of only two 1:64 scale SVX models around ( that I know of ), and B) the only one that has the roof painted correctly.
Also, I need to find this:

OK, I gotta find that WRX. I haven’t been digging through the Hot Wheels bins I’ve seen everywhere because I’m more interested in the more realistic Matchbox cars, but I may have to change my plans. I do buy some of the crazier HW things when I find them at the Goodwill Outlet since I’m buying by the pound, and figure they may have some resale/trade value if I decide not to keep them in my collection.
Here are a couple of blue things I’ve found recently. I like the Alpine because in a way it reminds me of one of my favorite prototypes from a few years back, the Subaru-powered OSCA 2500GT.
